Sunderland's George McCartney is ruled out by a foot injury
Kyle Lafferty has joined George McCartney in pulling out of the Northern Ireland squad for Wednesday's final World Cup qualifier in Prague.
Sunderland defender McCartney is ruled out by a foot injury while Lafferty withdrew from the squad on Friday evening because of a chest infection.
Manchester City's Ryan McGivern and Dunfermline's Andy Kirk have been called up to the squad as replacements.
Kirk won the last of his six caps against Germany in 2005.
Sammy Clingan, Chris Brunt and Andrew Little were ruled out of the Group Three game earlier this week.
McCartney also missed the last two qualifiers with a hamstring problem.
Clingan will be out for six weeks with a broken toe while Brunt is set to miss three weeks of action after suffering a recurrence of a calf strain.
Little will be absent for six weeks with a hamstring injury.
Worthington brought Michael O'Connor, who has been in good form with Scunthorpe, into the squad.
