Former England winger Lee Sharpe has told BBC London 94.9 he thinks England can win the 2010 World Cup.
"Firstly let's qualify. Once you get there it's all about what group you get in to and your big players playing well on the day," said the 37-year-old.
"Like any cup competition you have to have a little bit of luck but I can't see why we couldn't win it.
"We'll be as strong as any other team that will be there so let's get behind them and win something."
We have some of the best players in the world

The former Manchester United midfielder said it was difficult to understand why the international side failed to make an impact for so long.
"It's the strongest league, we play the most competitive football and we have some of the best players in the world."
"But it's all about team performance. The manager has already said he's not going to pick the 11 best players. He's going to pick the best team and let's hope that continues."
The national side suffered a poor run under the reign of former manager Steve McClaren during which time England failed to qualify for the 2008 European Championships.
McClaren left on 22 November 2007, just 16 months after taking charge, and was shortly replaced by former Real Madrid and AC Milan manager Fabio Capello.
And Sharpe says that Capello has his full support because he is a manager that is winning games.
"Until he gets knocked out everyone will be a fan. I'm all for the best man for the job."
England have so far beaten Croatia and Andorra and continue their World Cup qualifying campaign against Kazakhstan on Saturday.
The game gets under way at 1715 BST with full commentary on BBC London.
