Wales Under-21s reached the play-offs for next year's Uefa European U21 Championships after a superb win in Romania.
Middlesbrough defender Rhys Williams put the weakened Welsh side ahead by firing Aaron Ramsey's 12th-minute corner home from eight yards.
And it was Ramsey's corner on 57 minutes that led to the second goal which Reading's Simon Church grabbed.
A tap-in 10 minutes later by Crystal Palace's Rhoys Wiggins sealed the win.
The victory means Wales win Group 10 and will now be seeded for a favourable draw on Friday for next month's play-offs.
Those games will clash with the senior side's World Cup qualifying matches against Liechtenstein and Germany on 11 and 15 October respectively.
