Dean Shiels returns for the friendly encounter in Glasgow
Dean Shiels and Michael Duff have returned to the Northern Ireland squad for the friendly against Scotland at Hampden Park on 20 August.
Hibernian midfielder Shiels won the last of his four caps 18 months ago and it is his first call-up since Nigel Worthington took over as manager.
Burnley defender Duff is back after recovering from an ankle injury.
Sheffield United winger Keith Gillespie is in the 20-man panel despite being sidelined with an ankle problem.
Gillespie is understood to be making a good recovery and his fitness will be monitored over the course of the week.
The Glasgow friendly is Northern Ireland's final game before they start their World Cup qualifying campaign against Slovakia on 6 September.
