FERGIE VS MOURINHO
After Ferguson hit out at Mourinho for calling Cristiano Ronaldo a liar, the Chelsea boss says he understands his United counterpart "felt he had to protect his boy".
But Mourinho adds: "A kid made some statements and was not showing maturity or respect. Maybe it's about education, a difficult childhood, no education, maybe it is a consequence of that. That was why I had to give an answer."
However, Mourinho says he hasn't lost respect for Ferguson, even after the Scot accused the Chelsea boss of "ranting".
"I have no problems with him and no problems with the boy," he said. "I like Sir Alex and if his digs against me are not offensive in relation to integrity and morals, then no problem."
