High-flying Guiseley scored a late winner to overcome struggling Redditch in their all-Blue Square Bet North FA Cup fourth qualifying round tie.
Redditch were reduced to 10 men in the first half when Dexter Ravenhill was sent off.
Liam Needham put Guiseley ahead but within a minute Phil Green had equalised for the Reds.
Warren Perton fired a late winner to send the West Yorkshire hosts into the first round of the FA Cup.
