FA Cup holders Chelsea have been drawn against Manchester City's conquerors Stoke in the quarter-finals.
Championship Reading, who beat West Brom in a replay, will face Aston Villa - who overcame Crystal Palace at the second time of asking.
Portsmouth's reward for their victory against rivals Southampton is a home tie against Birmingham City.
Fulham, who beat Notts County 4-0, will host Tottenham, who overcame Premier League rivals Bolton in a replay.
The quarter-final ties will be played on the weekend of 6 and 7 March.
