Stockport's FA Cup clash with Torquay has been moved to Macclesfield's Moss Rose ground after County decided to repair the pitch at Edgeley Park.
The tie has already been postponed twice because of waterlogging at the League One club's ground.
The rearranged tie will now take place at Macclesfield on Tuesday.
A statement on the Stockport website said: "We have encouraged the remedial work to go ahead because we don't want future fixtures to be jeopardised."
The decision was made following talks between Stockport and Sale Sharks who also use Edgeley Park.
The club is still confident Saturday's fixture against Charlton will go ahead before the work begins.
