Bromley are Kent's only non-league team in the FA Cup proper after hammering county rivals Ebbsfleet United 3-0.
Warren McBean scored twice as they beat the Blue Square Premier side at Hayes Lane in the fourth qualifying round.
Dover, who have only reached the first round once in 26 years, were beaten 5-3 by Eastleigh - a game which saw player-manager Andy Hessenthaler sent off.
He told BBC Radio Kent: "We weren't good enough, but you've got to give Eastleigh credit."
"We're not concentrating enough and we're giving away bad goals.
"At 4-2 down we scored what I thought was a perfectly good goal so that was an important decision, but the officials didn't lose us the game, we did."
At the age of 44 he brought himself on in the 75th minute for his first appearance as a player this season, but his cameo lasted a mere six minutes before he was sent off for a tackle.
It's Only Chester's points deduction keeping us off the bottom and going out of the FA Cup to a team lower than us in the pyramid, we really have hit bottom
Ebbsfleet manager Liam Daish
He said: "I've never won the ball so cleanly in my career. Whether my reputation went before me I don't know but for me it was a good tackle. I'll take it on the chin but I see that type of tackle every week."
Ebbsfleet's defeat means they have now gone 11 games without a win and nine hours since they last scored an away goal.
Manager Liam Daish said: "We've hit low now, we've hit the bottom. It's only Chester's points deduction keeping us off the bottom and going out of the FA Cup to a team lower than us in the pyramid, we really have hit bottom."
Bromley reached the first round for the second time in four years and manager Mark Goldburg said: "I'm really pleased we are in the hat but to beat Ebbsfleet from the league we want to be in next year, we got a clean sheet, three really good goals and it didn't flatter us."
Meanwhile, Dartford remain top of the Ryman Premier Division by 11 points but their 4-1 win at Aveley came at a cost.
Captain Adam Flanagan was sent off for violent conduct in the first half, Elliot Bradbrook went to hospital with a suspected fracture on his ankle and Alan Tait and Billy Burgess also picked up injuries.
Simon Austin scored late for Folkestone as they won to stay top of Ryman South. Both Ashford and Sittingbourne came from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 against Dulwich Hamley and Croydon Athletic respectively, and Faversham extended their winning run to seven games with a 2-0 victory over Fisher in the Kent League Cup.
