Non-League clubs have one hurdle to clear before reaching the first round
Blue Square Premier leaders Oxford United have been drawn at home to Blue Square South side Thurrock in the FA Cup fourth qualifying round.
AFC Wimbledon visit Crawley Town in one of four all-Blue Square Premier ties.
The lowest-ranked team left, Spartan South Midlands League side Aylesbury, host Ryman Premier outfit Wealdstone.
Matches will be played on Saturday, 24 October - with the winners joining the 48 clubs from Leagues One and Two in the first round proper.
Luton Town and Chester City, relegated from the Football League last season, both face fellow top-flight non-League clubs - with Luton hosting Grays Athletic and Chester visiting Barrow.
Mansfield Town host Altrincham in the fourth all-Blue Square Premier encounter.
The 32 winning clubs in the fourth qualifying round will also receive £12,500 from the Football Association's prize fund.
