AFC Wimbledon's Rob Ursell has won the FA Cup's player of the round award. Ursell scored a hat-trick during his team's 3-0 win over Dunstable in the second qualifying round.
The award was voted for on the FA website and Ursell said: "Winning the award is fantastic, it was just nice to be nominated in the first place.
"AFC Wimbledon has a huge fan base so I thought I might be in with a good chance and I would like to thank everyone for voting."
He added: "I am looking forward to the next game against Thurrock which is going to be a tough match but I think we have a good chance."
Ursell wins �1000 worth of Umbro football kit and equipment for a local school, club or organisation of his choice. He also wins an engraved silver salver.
And in addition he will attend the FA Cup final next year, watching from a VIP seat.
The other nominees for the award were Maidstone United's Simon Austin, Lee Chudy of AFC Newbury, Paul Sykes of Stalybridge Celtic and Lincoln United's Gary Bull.
The first qualifying round award was won by Kevin Slack of Bishop's Cleeve, who scored all his team's goals in their 5-3 win over Highworth Town.
