Russia have replaced injured striker Pavel Pogrebnyak with uncapped midfielder Oleg Ivanov.
Uefa gave permission for the change on Sunday after Zenit St Petersburg forward Pogrebnyak was injured during a build-up match against Serbia.
Ivanov, 21, who plays for Russian club Krylya Sovietov Samara, featured in coach Guus Hiddink's provisional squad.
Hiddink is already without Andrei Arshavin for the first two Euro 2008 matches because of a suspension.
Pogrebnyak scored 10 goals in Zenit St Petersburg's Uefa Cup campaign but was suspended for the final.
They have been drawn in Group D, alongside defending champions Greece, Spain and Sweden.
