Russia coach Guus Hiddink has been dealt another blow after striker Pavel Pogrebnyak was ruled out of Euro 2008 with a knee injury.
The Zenit St Petersburg forward picked up the knock after scoring the opening goal in Russia's 2-1 defeat of Serbia.
"Pavel will leave the training camp," said Hiddink, who will replace Pogrebnyak with midfielder Oleg Ivanov.
Hiddink is already missing playmaker Andrei Arshavin for the first two Euro 2008 matches because of a suspension.
Pogrebnyak scored 10 goals in Zenit St Petersburg's Uefa Cup campaign but was suspended for the final.
They have been drawn in Group D, alongside defending champions Greece, Spain and Sweden.
Ivanov, 21, who plays for Russian club Krylya Sovietov Samara, is uncapped, but featured in coach Guus Hiddink's provisional squad for the tournament.
