Bruckner was happy with his side's 3-1 victory over Scotland
Czech Republic coach Karel Bruckner was content with the efforts of his players and pleased with the 3-1 friendly victory over Scotland in Prague.
The 68-year-old, who will retire after Euro 2008, was happy with the result ahead of this summer's tournament.
"We knew it'd be difficult and it was. The game wasn't a dress rehearsal - we wanted to win," Bruckner said.
"We saw more combinations this time compared to the game against Lithuania and our defence was better."
A superb double from former Rangers winger Libor Sionko and a stunning Michal Kadlec strike sealed the win for the home side.

Motherwell's David Clarkson marked his debut with a goal which made the score 2-1 and briefly gave Scotland hope of snatching a draw.
But Sionko's second in stoppage time secured victory at the AXA Arena in Prague in what was the Czech Republic's final warm-up game before heading to Austria & Switzerland for Euro 2008.
"As the match progressed, the quality showed and that was thanks to the players who came on in the second half," Bruckner added.
"I also want to thank the other team for their fair play."
