Russia have been charged by Uefa for the improper conduct of one of their fans during their 2-0 loss to Portugal. Uefa's Control and Disciplinary Body also charged Russia for wearing warm-up tops with unauthorised manufacturer and sponsor logos.
The supporter was angry at goalkeeper Sergei Ovchinnikov's red card during the game and he ran across the pitch before police bundled him away.
Russia, who are already out of Euro 2004, will go before Uefa on Saturday.
Russia's final group game is against Greece on Sunday.
Ovchinnikov's red card for deliberate handball means he misses the match as does Alexei Smertin after his second yellow card of the tournament in the game against Portugal.
Meanwhile the Russian was released on Thursday with a reprimand.
A court had sentenced him to a 90-day fine with an unspecified amount per day, a common procedure, but replaced it with the rebuke.
The man was identified only as a 33-year-old native of Georgia who lives in Moscow.
