Wales defender Sam Ricketts celebrates survival with Hull manager Phil Brown
Wales and Hull goalkeeper Boaz Myhill says no-one can have any complaints about the Tigers' Premier survival.
His club lost 0-1 to Manchester United on Sunday, but results elsewhere saw Newcastle and Middlesbrough relegated.
It means a second season of top-flight football for Myhill and fellow Wales international Sam Ricketts.
"We start next season the same as last year but we've got another year's experience and hopefully that'll stand us in good stead," said Myhill, 26.
The Tigers, who had taken 20 points from their first nine-top flight games, won only one of their last 22 games, picking up a miserly eight points out of a possible 66.

But their early-season form proved crucial as they avoided the drop by one point.
"We could have well done without [the final-day defeat] but thankfully we'd already done enough during the course of the season," said Myhill.
"It's a strange feeling to celebrate a loss but it's done over the course of the season so there can be no complaints.
"A lot was made of Manchester United's team but that is one of the best performances I have seen this season.
"They kept the ball so well and had such confidence in their own ability.
We deserve to stay up - Brown
"Fair play to them but at the end of the day it was enough for us, we got what we needed and we're delighted."
Myhill will be joined in the Premier next season by his Wales goalkeeping rival Wayne Hennessey, his club Wolves having won promotion from the Championship.
The two provide Wales manager John Toshack with a welcome choice of two top-flight players in a key position, California-born Myhill having committed himself to the country of his mother last year.
