Bury striker Ryan Lowe scored for a club record ninth consecutive league game as the Shakers hammered Hereford.
The influential Steve Schumacher opened the scoring when home keeper Adam Bartlett misjudged his swerving 25-yard free-kick after Andy Bishop was fouled.
Kenny Lunt then hit a post for the Bulls with a free-kick of his own, but Schumacher made him pay with his second, drilling home from 15 yards.
And Lowe poked in a Schumacher free-kick to make it 10 goals in nine games.
League Two top scorer Lowe broke Bury's club record on Tuesday in the 3-0 win at Shrewsbury by scoring in his eighth consecutive league game.
Bury's third win in a week- scoring nine goals in the process - has lifted Alan Knill's men to second in League Two.
Hereford boss Jamie Pitman told BBC Hereford & Worcester:
"We knew it was going to be a very tough game.
"We huffed and puffed but you don't give yourself a chance if you concede after two minutes.
"The second goal killed it and the third was just silly."
Bury manager Alan Knill told BBC Radio Manchester: "That's 10 away wins and we just need to keep that going. Nine goals in a week and only one against.
"The goalkeeper made some good saves for us and kept us in the game and fortunately we've got some players that can put it in the back of the net.
"To score in nine successive games is fantastic but every time Ryan Lowe is in front of goal he looks like he's going to score."
