Bury's League Two game with Burton Albion has been postponed, worsening the visitors' fixture backlog for the rest of the season.

Referee Nigel Miller made the decision on Saturday morning because of a waterlogged pitch.

No new date has been set for the Gigg Lane clash.

Albion will have played eight games fewer than Stockport by Saturday evening due to bad weather, a rival's bereavement and their FA Cup run.
