Valentine missed a first-half penalty for the home side |
Struggling Wrexham missed a first-half penalty but salvaged a point against high-flying Wycombe at the Racecourse. Russell Martin's challenge on Matt Done gave Ryan Valentine the spot kick, but keeper Frank Fielding had an easy save.
Reuben Reid had two late chances to win it for Wycombe, but he was denied by home keeper Anthony Williams.
With the Dragons set to appoint a new manager to work with Brian Carey, their lowest league crowd of the season saw an end to their run of four defeats.
