Rushden and Diamonds manager Brian Talbot was disappointed his side could not capitalise on the possession they had against Swansea.

Rushden suffered a setback in their pursuit of automatic promotion after they were held to a 1-1 draw by the struggling Swans.

"Our cutting edge in the last third and our finishing was not good enough," Talbot said.

"We dominated in the second half but we didn't create enough and our final ball was not good.

"But you have to give Swansea credit. They defended well, worked hard and closed us down. They made it difficult for us but we should still have won."

Paul Hall's 71st-minute header saved Rotherham's blushes after Kevin Nugent stunned the hosts by giving Swansea the lead in the first half.
