York City's Blue Square Bet Premier play-off hopes are over following a goalless draw with Cambridge United.

The Minstermen are now five points adrift of the top five with only one game left in the season.

Cambridge goalkeeper Danny Naisbitt made top-class saves from Chris Carruthers, Ashley Chambers and Andre Boucaud in the first half.

The visitors' best chance came after the break when Liam Hughes saw his shot saved by City keeper Michael Ingham.
