Jack Byrne's second-half brace ensured play-off chasing Kidderminster Harriers closed to within one point of fifth-placed Fleetwood.
Fleetwood went ahead when Lee Vaughan's misplaced pass allowed Lee Mullan to fire low into the net from 12 yards.
Byrne levelled for Harriers when he struck a 30-yard shot past keeper Danny Hurst before heading home Callum Gittings' corner four minutes later.
Fleetwood's George Donnelly was sent off in added time for a second booking.
Donnelly could have put the visitors back in front after Byrne's first goal but his 25-yard strike was tipped away by Harriers keeper Danny Lewis.
Lee Morris went close to adding a third for Kidderminster but his shot was blocked on the line by Beesley.
Kidderminster Harriers manager Steve Burr told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "I just thought we showed Fleetwood too much respect when we had possession in the first half and we gave the ball away cheaply.
"But fair play, they closed us down at every opportunity and they were quite a handful in the first half.
"In the second half I said to our players 'you have got 45 minutes left maybe of the season' and they responded great and I couldn't have asked for any more."
