Matty Blair's hat-trick was only enough to earn play-off chasing Kidderminster a point at Grimsby.
Mark Hudson swept in brilliantly for the hosts, but Blair turned it around with a strike from the edge of the area and a close-range header.
The Mariners fought back after the break and were level through a superb overhead-kick from Alan Connell.
Lee Peacock's header made it 3-2 but Blair levelled a thrilling tie with a left-footed drive late on.
Kidderminster find themsevles two points behind 5th-placed Fleetwood and have a game in hand.
