A late brace from Mansfield substitute Adam Smith prevented lowly Barrow escaping the relegation zone.

The Bluebirds opened the scoring when Paul Rutherford tapped in after Richie Baker's shot had hit the post.

And they doubled their lead when Paul Connor headed Baker's cross into his own net.

But Smith pulled one back from 12 yards and levelled four minutes from time, firing Kevin Sandwith's pass beyond Clark Masters.
