Salisbury's reward for knocking out three-time FA Trophy winners Woking on Saturday is a fourth-round tie at Blue Square Bet Premier side Darlington.
Blyth could play Gateshead in a North East derby if they overcome Droylsden in their third-round replay, while Chasetown face Mansfield.
Football League hopefuls Luton Town overcame Gloucester 1-0 on Friday and will play Guiseley.
The ties are scheduled to take place on Saturday, 26 February.
