York boosted their hopes of mounting a Blue Square Bet Premier play-off push by thrashing leaders AFC Wimbledon.

Daniel Parslow glanced home an Ashley Chambers free-kick to give York the lead before James Meredith beat the offside trap to slot past Seb Brown.

Christian Jolley blasted in off the underside of the bar from a tight angle to pull one back for the Dons.

But Michael Rankine fired in from long range before Ashley Chambers sealed it by rifling into the top corner.
