Crawley Town 3-0 Cambridge Utd

Craig McAllister
McAllister has scored 11 league goals so far this season

Craig McAllister scored twice to help Crawley beat Cambridge and move top of the Blue Square Bet Premier.

In an uneventful first half, the U's had the best opportunity to lead but Daryl Clare placed his shot wide.

The Reds made the breakthrough shortly after the restart when McAllister nodded in from Ben Smith's corner.

Jamie Cook struck from close range to double their lead and McAllister finished the game off when he found a gap in the U's defence to head in.

Crawley have replaced AFC Wimbledon at the summit of the league after the Dons only managed to draw 2-2 at Bath City.
