Wrexham were held to a frustrating goalless draw by Blue Square Bet Premier's bottom side Altrincham at Moss Lane.

Gareth Taylor came closest for the visitors when his shot rattled the Altrincham post.

Adrian Cieslewicz had a couple of chances as Wrexham dominated, sending one shot over and another wide.

Dean Keates saw his effort saved by Stuart Coburn, while Marvin Andrews headed a corner over the bar.
