Mansfield's Blue Square Bet Premier game with Barrow on Saturday has been postponed because of the weather.

A statement on the club website read: "The stadium and car park areas present a safety hazard to fans while the pitch is almost certain to remain frozen."

Referee Russell Booth said: "The temperature today is -6C so there would be no chance of the ground being fit."

The Stags were locked out of Field Mill on Friday in a row with the stadium's owners over rent.
