Kidderminster eased to victory over Eastbourne thanks to goals from Lee Morris and Marc Williams.
The home side opened the scoring after just nine minutes when Morris raced clear before finding the bottom corner with a left-foot shot.
Matt Crabbe almost equalised for Boro but saw his effort rattle the crossbar.
Williams made it 2-0 with a neat right-foot finish into the roof of the net, before Richard Pacquette headed in a late consolation for the visitors.
