Darlington 1-1 Crawley

Marc Bridge-Wilkinson
Bridge-Wilkinson is on loan from League One side Carlisle

Crawley were unable to capitalise on AFC Wimbledon's slip up as they were held to a draw by 10-man Darlington.

Darlington took the lead when Marc Bridge-Wilkinson finished well after good work from Daniel Hone.

The visitors drew level through Scott Neilson after Richard Brodie's shot was saved by Quakers keeper Sam Russell.

Aaron Brown was then sent off before half-time for a professional foul on Brodie but Crawley could not make the most of their man advantage.

The point means that Crawley are one point behind league leaders AFC Wimbledon but with a game in hand, while Darlington are four points outside the play-off spots.
