Bath moved out of the Blue Square Bet Premier relegation zone thanks to a late victory over Hayes & Yeading.
The hosts scored when Kaid Mohamed fired neatly into the top corner from outside the penalty area, before Ahmed Deen's calm finish made it 1-1.
However, two goals inside a dramatic last three minutes gave Bath their first league triumph in five matches.
Gethin Jones headed Bath back in front and Lee Phillips clinched the win when he finished after a fine Mohamed pass.
Bath City boss Adie Britton told BBC Radio Bristol: "Tonight was our worst performance for six or seven weeks, we looked disorganised and they caused us problems all night.
"But we had an attacking threat as well and it was a very open game - we wanted it to be a much tighter affair.
"Credit to all the lads for hanging in there when it didn't go our way and for them to score a late equaliser and us to then get two goals was pleasing."
