Ryan Charles grabbed a brace as Rushden & Diamonds produced a dazzling display to sweep aside Barrow.

Charles opened the scoring by heading in Matt Johnson's cross, before Aaron O'Connor fired into the bottom corner.

Charles grabbed his second before half-time when he added the finishing touches to Max Porter's cross.

The Bluebirds, without a win in nine, were put to the sword in the second half thanks to two close-range efforts from Porter and Michael Corcoran.
