Matty Blair scored the winner as Kidderminster came from behind to defeat Gateshead.
The Tynesiders took an early lead when Oliver Thorne brought down Kris Gate in the area and Martin Brittain slotted home from the penalty spot.
Shortly after half-time, Jack Byrne struck from 12 yards after Gateshead failed to deal with a corner.
Harriers continued to pressure keeper Tim Deasy and eventually sealed the win when Blair slammed in a low shot.
Kidderminster Harriers assistant manager Gary Whild told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "The gaffer (Steve Burr) earned his money at half time and you could see the fruits of that in the second half.
"They (Gateshead) are in the top half of the table, and there are no games where you can turn up and expect three points.
"We were looking for a reaction and we got that in the second half."
