Cambridge Utd 3-0 Kettering

Three goals in 11 second-half minutes saw Cambridge United romp to victory over Kettering.

Wayne Gray opened the scoring, following up on Danny Wright's initial shot to net from six yards.

Robbie Willmott added the second with a superb 30-yard strike and then set up the third when his cross found Wright who tucked the ball in from 12 yards.

Managerless Kettering had Ashley Westwood sent off for his second bookable offence in injury time.

Kettering Town caretaker-manager Morell Maison told BBC Radio Northampton:
"Up to 70 minutes we looked as if we were going to get something.

"We were looking to create and get into good forward positions - but we didn't relax in the final third of the pitch.

"There are little things I'd like to look at, but it depends if I'm here long enough to fix them."
