Darlington were stunned as Lewis Hogg and Hector Mackie both struck in injury time to earn Bath an unlikely draw.
The visitors took the lead on 25 minutes through Chris Senior, after a good knockdown by Chris Hatch.
The Quakers then doubled their advantage on 69 minutes with a spectacular 25-yard drive from Hatch.
Bath looked to be out of it until Hogg finished smartly four minutes into stoppage time before Mackie curled in an unstoppable effort a minute later.
