Barrow top scorer Jason Walker hit his eighth goal of the season to help his side soar to victory at Holker Street.

The prolific Walker put the home side into the lead after 11 minutes when he converted Mark Boyd's cut-back.

Simon Wiles then doubled their lead with a low drive from 25 yards before Walker was denied by James Bittner.

After a lacklustre first-half Forest Green looked to rally but Wiles secured a comfortable win for Barrow with his second goal of the game.
