Jon Else's late strike saw Forest Green Rovers earn a thrilling win over Hayes & Yeading despite Ben Wright's treble.
Rovers led when Reece Styche fired home but Wright's penalty - after a Curtis McDonald handball - levelled the score.
A Lee Harrison fumble saw Lee Smith's cross put the visitors 2-1 up only for Wright to level from close-range.
McDonald's fierce shot put Rovers ahead again and although another six-yard Wright effort tied the scores for a final time, Else struck on 90 minutes.
