Wayne Curtis gave the home side an early lead when he headed in Ian Craney's cross.
Vieira then doubled their advantage when he converted another pinpoint Craney centre before smashing in the third from the edge of the box.
Keigan Parker missed Mansfield's best chance when his penalty was saved by home keeper Danny Hurst.
