Tiverton Town manager Martyn Rogers is set to step down from his role at the Southern Premier League club.
Rogers, 55, will officially leave the club on Friday, bringing his 20-year tenure at Ladysmead to an end.
In a statement the club said: "We would like to thank Martyn for all his hard work and endeavour."
Tiverton finished fourth from bottom in the league last term, but escaped relegation because of restructuring in the Blue Square North.
