Blyth Spartans boss Mick Tait agrees new one-year deal
Blyth Spartans manager Mick Tait has signed a new one-year contract that will keep him at Croft Park until the end of next season.
The 53-year-old, in his second spell in charge of the Spartans, guided them to 13th in Blue Square North this term.
He told the club's website: "I really enjoyed my first season back at Croft Park and I'll certainly be looking to push on from here.
"With three or four new signings, I believe we can do just that."
Chairman Tony Platte added: "We're absolutely delighted Mick has agreed to stay with us.
"Mick has brought in some quality players and developed an attractive way of playing, which has given us a solid base that I'm convinced we can build on."
