Crawley Town 1-0 Cambridge Utd

Barry Cogan's first-half goal clinched victory for Crawley as Cambridge suffered their sixth consecutive defeat in the Blue Square Premier.

Cogan struck early on with a neat finish, firing past U's keeper Laurie Walker and into the bottom corner.

Charles Ademeno could have doubled the home side's advantage but his header from six yards went wide.

Robbie Wilmott had chances to put the U's back on level terms but could not find a way past keeper Simon Rayner.
