New Kidderminster manager Steve Burr saw his Harriers side come from behind twice to draw at Crawley.
Charles Ademeno put the home side ahead from close range following an error by Harriers keeper Dean Coleman.
John Finnigan equalised for the visitors when he shot in from 12 yards, only for Conlon to give Crawley the lead again, firing in from six yards.
The visitors grabbed a late equaliser when Chris McPhee struck from just outside the area.
