Altrincham 0-1 Barrow

Craig Nelthorpe hit a rasping late winner from the edge of the box to give Barrow victory at Altrincham.

The home side created several chances with John McAliskey, Colin Little and Chris Senior all going close.

But they lost striker Chris Denham to injury in the 56th minute shortly followed by midfielder Tom Kearney.

Mark Boyd's 25-yard free-kick forced a fingertip save from Stuart Coburn in the home goal before he was beaten by loanee Nelthorpe's 85th-minute strike.
