AFC Wimbledon 0-1 York

A second-half goal from Michael Rankine was enough to see York City beat AFC Wimbledon and move back into the Blue Square Premier play-off places.

York almost opened the scoring in the first half when Alex Lawless saw his 25-yard shot saved by Sebastien Brown.

And the Minstermen eventually found the net after the break as Rankine headed home Chris Carruthers' cross.

Wimbledon went close in injury time but Danny Kedwell's long-range drive was saved by Michael Ingram.
