Edmondson took charge of Workington in November 2007
Workington manager Darren Edmondson has revealed his frustration at seeing his side lose a two-goal lead in Tuesday's 2-2 draw with Farsley Celtic.
Reds led through Callum Ruttledge and Jonny Wright, before Dave Syers and Lee Ellington turned things around for the visitors late in the game.
"Frustration is the key word," Edmondson told BBC Radio Cumbria.
"Football is 90 minutes long. At 2-0 up with five minutes left we should kill a game off."
Edmondson also admitted the players themselves were equally perplexed by their late slump, a collapse which prevented the club from extending their winning run to three games in Blue Square North.
"It's a bit of everything, frustration, anger. They're devastated, it feels like a defeat," Edmondson added.
"They've been and beaten teams in this league. We've got to learn from this and that's why we've had 15 or 20 minutes talking.
"Everybody's had their say and I hope we're not having this conversation again soon because that should have been a comfortable victory."
