Danny Wright scored twice as Histon bounced back from a goal down to thrash lowly Forest Green.

Jonathan Smith lashed Rovers in front from 18 yards, but the home side twice hit the woodwork before Nathaniel Knight-Percival headed them level.

Jamie Barker's header then put Histon in front, Josh Simpson fired them 3-1 ahead and Danny Wright converted Michael Frew's cross to make it four.

David Brown pulled one back from the spot before Wright's drive sealed it.

Forest Green boss Dave Hockaday told BBC Radio Gloucestershire:

"When the ball went in our box, we just didn't do the basics.

"We have lots of injuries that people know about but we have to deal with it."
