Cambridge Utd 0-1 Crawley Town

Jamie Cook
Cook has scored the only goal in Crawley's last two games

Jamie Cook's 26th-minute breakaway goal earned Crawley Town a valuable away win against Cambridge United.

The only goal of the match came against the run of play as Cambridge applied sustained pressure in the first half and went close to opening the scoring.

Robbie Willmott brushed the Crawley bar with a free-kick on 14 minutes and Mark Beesley shot wide three minutes later.

Crawley sat back after the break but ended the match the stronger to record their third straight win.
