Kidderminster Harriers blew their chance to make the Blue Square Premier play-offs as they slumped to a miserably frustrating final day defeat.

With Stevenage losing 2-1 at Mansfield, a win for the Harriers at Aggborough would have sealed fifth spot.

But Harriers failed to come up with the goals they needed.

And home hopes were already fading before Kettering substitute Ben Wright's injury-time close-range header spoiled the script.
