Striker Andy Mangan scored his 18th of the season in Forest Green's 1-0 win

Forest Green continued their fine recent form with a surprise win at high-flying Cambridge United.

Striker Andy Mangan rolled in his 18th goal of the season with a low left-footed effort on 14 minutes as Rovers made it three wins on the trot.

Wayne Hatswell headed Cambridge's best effort onto the crossbar in the 56th minutes, from a Chris Holroyd cross.

But Forest Green held on for the win that lifts them seven points clear of the Blue Square Premier drop zone.
